Ensure that the quality and consistency are maintained for all food and beverages services and products |

Manage labour costs |

Ensure outlet cleanliness, hygiene and safety |

Handle recruitment and training of staff |
 |
Min ‘O’ level with 3 years experience in Staff Cafeteria Operations/Banqueting |
 |
Proficient in Microsoft Office and effectively bilingual |
 |
Class 3 licence with own vehicle preferred |
 |
9hrs / 6 days a week

Remuneration : $2,400 - $2,800 per month |
 |
Working Location: Tuas South Avenue |
