office administration and human resource functions. |

| Mr Steven Tan has been our General
Manager (Institutional Catering)
since July 2001. Mr Tan is responsible
for overseeing and developing our
institutional catering business in
Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.
He has more than 23 years of working
experience in the F&B industry having
held numerous executive positions in
various companies before joining our
Group, including serving as the Deputy
General Manager of FoodFare Catering
Pte Ltd between January 1998 and June
2001. |

Mr Jordan Aw Yong Kwok Kong was appointed our
Financial Controller in May 2004. He is responsible for the
fi nancial matters of our Group and has more than 12 years of
experience in the finance and accounting field. Prior to joining
our Group, Mr Aw Yong worked with various companies in
audit, financial and management accounting functions. Mr Aw
Yong graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from
the Nanyang Technological University in 1994 and a Master
in Business Administration from Imperial College London in
2001. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the
Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore. |
